Salamat Karajaw, SURIGAO! (Part I)

Salamat Karajaw, SURIGAO! (Part I)

After almost 5 months of preparation ( specially financial 😀 ), me and my group of friends had finally gone to Surigao.

The City of Surigao (Filipino pronunciation: (sů-rēh-GAŮ) (Filipino: Lungsod ng Surigao; Surigaonon: Siyudad nan Surigao) is located at the northeasternmost tip of Mindanao Island in the Philippines and the capital of the province of Surigao del Norte. It has a total land area of 245.34 km2 which is roughly 1.4% of Caraga region. (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surigao)

A very big check for our laagtrip this year, 2012. It was a very nice, fun and memorable experience. You can really say, it’s more fun in the Philippines. You will be amazed by the nature of the place, the Tinuy-an Falls, Enchanted River, and the Britania Islets were we had island hopping! The warmth welcome of the people (special mention to the family of Julie Anne Escudero), so love it!ü
